SWText is an online eTicket website owned and operated by Sidewinder Events Ltd. You can purchase your eTickets direct from us and save money on booking fees as well as having your eTicket code conveniently e-mailed or texted to you, saving having to remember paper tickets.

Privacy Policy

SWText do not store your card details in any way for online transactions. For offline transactions they are securely disposed of (Shredded) as soon as the transaction has been processed.

Your personal information (such as Name, Address, Phone Number, E-mail address) is stored for us for the purposes of administering your ticket purchase. Shipping Policy

All tickets sold are eTickets - your booking reference number is all that you need to enter the event to which you have purchased tickets.

For higher value events we will post you your reference number by recorded post - you must present this letter at the event to obtain entry. You will be advised during the purchase if this applies to you.

Return Policy

As far as is allowed by Regulation 6 of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 all tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances with the exception of event cancellation by ourselves.

Specific events may allow name-changes or partial refunds - please see the specific terms & conditions for the event to which you have purchased tickets for full details.
